Fifth District Park - Large Pavilion - PAVIL_5TH_5TH

Park offers several ball fields, children’s playground, children’s swings, hiking trail, tennis courts, basketball court, horseshoe pit and rest rooms. The large picnic pavilion is available for rental to the public for family picnics, reunions, parties, weddings and business gatherings. Electricity is available, no running water. Patrons may use the on-site charcoal grill where provided; patrons may not bring their own charcoal grills to the park, but may bring in small gas grills. Portable restrooms and restroom building are available for use.

Margaret Brent Recreation Center is a great location for volleyball games, basketball games and birthday parties all year long – now fully air conditioned! Please note, the basketball hoops are set at 10 feet and will not be lowered. Rentals require a two hour minimum with two price ranges. Time frame includes any set up and breakdown time. Rentals up to 50 people are $80 for two hours and rentals over 50 people are $120 for two hours. All rentals must be over by 10:00PM. Amenities include two tables and twenty chairs. Any cancellation request must be made in writing and is required at least two weeks prior to the reservation date. Request can be sent to ken.guyer@stmarysmd.com. A $25 administrative fee will be charged for each cancellation.

Carver Recreation Center - Gymnasium - REC_CARVE_GYM

Carver Recreation Center’s Gymnasium is a great location for volleyball games, basketball games, birthday parties and family gatherings. Rentals require a two hour minimum with multiple price ranges. Time frame includes any set up and breakdown time. Rentals up to 50 people are $120 for two hours, rentals up to 100 people are $140 for two hours and rentals up to 200 people are $160 for two hours. Any rental exceeding 200 people are an additional $90 per hour. Fee includes staff supervision, electricity, heat and usage. Rentals that offer open invitation to the public may need to provide liability insurance, extra supervision and Sheriff’s Department security at the responsibility of the renter. All rentals must be over by 10:00PM. Amenities include four sets of stadium seating bleachers, two regulation basketball goals and four nine foot basketball goals. The pavilion can be reserved in advance for private gatherings. Pavilion has water and electrical hook-up. Patrons may use the on-site charcoal grill where provided; patrons may not bring their own charcoal grills to the park, but may bring in small gas grills. Restrooms and concession building are near the pavilion.
Large Pavilion located at Cecil Park: 19241 Saint Georges Church Road, Valley Lee, MD 20692; Located on St. Georges Church Rd. in Valley Lee (from Rt. 5 turn onto Rt. 249, at E-Z Stop, approximately two miles turn left onto Drayden Rd., at Valley Lee Firehouse, first left is St. Georges Church Rd.).

Park offers a children's playground, softball fields, tennis courts, basketball court, soccer fields, horseshoes and restrooms. CRRP is home to the softball Hall of Fame facility and pavilion. The facility hosts the Hall of Fame memorabilia collection, concession stand, restrooms and upper level pavilion. This is an alcohol free park.
Hall of Fame Building Upstairs Pavilion located at Chancellors Run Regional Park: 21905 Chancellor's Run Road, Great Mills, MD 20634; Chancellors Run Road can be entered from either Rt. 235 in California or Rt. 246 in Great Mills.
Grills may not be taken upstairs to this pavilion. The only access to this pavilion is stairs.
Not recommended for groups with small children.

Elms Beach - Large Pavilion - PAVIL_ELMS_ELMS

Elms Beach offers a scenic view of the Chesapeake Bay, a children’s playground, salt water, hiking, fishing areas and portable toilets. The park offers wonderful views of the Chesapeake Bay and unsupervised swimming, hiking, picnicking, fishing and environmental interpretation. REMINDER PARK DOES NOT PROVIDE RUNNING WATER- PORT A JOHNS ARE AVAILABLE. Rentals are for exact time at this pavilion. If it is rented from 9-7 then staff will prepare for a 9:00 arrival; very busy park location, if the party is not in the pavilion when staff leaves then the public will use it until the party arrives; staff will not return to empty trash. This is an alcohol free park. The large picnic pavilion is available for rental to the public for family picnics, reunions, parties, weddings and business gatherings. Electricity is available, no running water. Pavilion is alcohol free and not available for rental on holiday weekends.
Large Pavilion located at Elms Beach: 19350 Back Door Road, Lexington Park, MD 20653; Located off Rt. 5 on Bay Forest Rd. (approximately 7 miles south of Gate 2 of Patuxent River Naval Air Station) turn left at Bay Forest Rd; approximately 1 mile turn left into the park.

Gymnastics Center Birthday Party - Large Room - GYNAS_GYCTR_MAIN

Led by our gymnastics staff, kids receive 1.5 hours of gym time bouncing on the trampolines, jumping in the “pit,” balancing on beams, climbing the rope and flipping on the gymnastics spring floor. This will be followed by 30 minutes to open presents and enjoy refreshments and 15 minutes to clean up.

Cleanup time begins at the end of your rental time and must be completed in 15 minutes or less

Leonard Hall Recreation Center is a great location for roller skate parties, indoor soccer parties and birthday parties. Please note, basketball is not allowed in Leonard Hall Recreation Center. Rentals require a two hour minimum with two price ranges. Time frame includes any set up and breakdown time. Rentals up to 50 people are $120 for two hours and rentals over 50 people are $150 for two hours. Roller skates are available for rent for $2.50 a pair by cash or check only or you may bring your own. All rentals must be over by 10:00PM. Amenities include two vending machines, air hockey, arcade games, one table (birthday parties only) and stadium seating bleachers. Features a 50-seat pavilion that can be used as a shared pavilion unless reserved. The pavilion can be reserved in advance for private gatherings. This park does not have running water or electricity under the pavilion. Two locations for restrooms at Spray Ground (May-Aug) and Skate Park. Due to the close proximity to the playground charcoal grills are not provided at this pavilion. This is an alcohol free park.
